We give the appearance of incoherence
So the National Corvette Museum is about an hour north of Nashville… See y’all in Bowling Green on Saturday.
Concert – not good (the band was very ill-suited for the venue, particularly boorish jackasses in audience, once again found ourselves sitting behind magically appearing folding chairs after being promised “first 3 rows” seating.
Corvette Museum – the museum proper is not bad, but the NCM Racing Experience program associated with the museum was a major disappointment – but it did save me a stack of money in being so.
Home2 Suites in Franklin TN. – If in the neighborhood, stay here. Spotless, great staff, Tennessee hospitality at its finest.
Tennessee Interstate Highways – fair at best, lots of broken pavement and unfilled holes. Exits are not well marked in advance.
WAZE – pretty fucking good. It does not do well in parking lots and it “lost” my trip a couple of times, but for the most part, it’s like having a local sitting beside you telling you where to go. Bonus Points: it’s free.
Staying with family on the way home – BBQ and chocolate pie every night. This is what heaven will be like.
I got snapped by killboy on Deal’s Gap.
